Yes. it does last because you set your mind on the best of things. You leave youeself open to the moment and you make sure that you build your heart around other hearts and not things.
The only thing that could ever spoil it is caring for things more than a hug , a good mess, a good play. I am 47, have all those crinkly laugh lines, hide my grey under dye but still have to use bifocals.....but I chose a wonderful man to play with ( married 25 yrs) and we invited 3 wonderful people to grow with us from babies on.....boy 22..girl17...boy 15 ...and I hope that we taught them to play first.

I hope that I never grow up. I am excited for growing old, acquiring wrinkles, and when i smile, i can't wait until my face shrivels...but i pray that i never grow up. I would never wish to be an adult with a face like a prune. I would love to think that I will always be a child, but innocence never lasts...does it?
